What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm while check-out is until 11:00 am.
What are the Front Desk hours?
Our front desk is open 24/7.
Do you have a car park?
Hotel Corallo provides an exclusive uncovered private car park nestled within our garden. It is monitored by video surveillance for added security and is located just a stone's throw from the hotel entrance. The fee is € 20.00 per car per night.
Do you have a pick-up or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Upon request, our concierge can arrange private car transfers from any location, including the airport, to Hotel Corallo.
When is the Restaurant open?
The Corallo restaurant is open every day from April 1st to October 31st.
The buffet breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the sea from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
Lunch is serviced from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm; dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm in June, July, August and September and from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm in April, May and October.
When is the bar open?
The Coral bar is open every day from 9:00 am to midnight.
Can non-hotel guests access the Bar and Restaurant as well?

When are the swimming pool and sun terrace open?
The swimming pool and sunbathing area are open from April 1st to October 31st.
How deep is the whirlpool?
Depth: 1.20 metres - Length: 11 metres - Width: 4 metres.
Is the pool heated?
No. Typically, the water temperature ranges between 27-28 degrees Celsius.
What amenities are included with pool usage?
Pool access includes complimentary use of sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels.
Is the pool also accessible to non-hotel guests?
Access to the pool is typically reserved for Hotel Corallo guests. Availability for non-hotel guests can be verified on the same day by contacting the reservations office at +390818073355 or info@hotelcorallosorrento.com.
What's the best way to reach the centre of Sorrento?
You can easily reach the centre of Sorrento either on foot (approximately 2km away) or by taxi (about a 10-minute ride).
Alternatively, the Hotel Corallo provides complimentary shuttle service. The hotel provides a private 19-seater minivan shuttle that does not require prior booking.
How can I visit the rest of the Peninsula?
Hotel Corallo has an agreement with numerous local companies that organise tours in and around the Sorrento Peninsula. You can see some examples of excursions you can book with us on the Day trips page on this site.
What's included in the room rate?
Booking fees include buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, use of the pool area with umbrellas, sunbeds and beach towels, shuttle service to the centre of Sorrento, VAT and service.
From April 1st to October 31st, a tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night is applicable on site, for a maximum of 7 nights. The tax does not apply to children under the age of 18.
What do I need to book?
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.
A pre-authorisation will be required approximately five days before the start of the stay to cover any potential penalties. The hotel cannot guarantee reserved room availability without pre-authorisation.
If, for any reason, Hotel Corallo Sorrento is unable to honour the reservation, we will secure a room at another hotel of similar category, and if needed, we'll provide complimentary transportation.
What are the Cancellation Policies?
In the event of a no-show or cancellations made from 7 days to 0 days before the arrival date, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the stay will be charged.
In case of early departure, the amount equivalent to 100% of unused nights will be charged.
